Some of what this site publishes is not in any dataset. Where a beach's parking, lifeguard cover or step-free access is not published anywhere, we ask the body that runs the beach, in writing, under Croatia's Right of Access to Information Act. This page is the complete record of that asking: every request, when it was filed, the statutory deadline, and what came back. It includes the requests that were refused and the ones nobody answered.
A public body has 15 days to decide, extendable by 15 more under cl. 22 of the Act. We record roles and official addresses, never the individual civil servant who replied.
