Dugi Rat - zapad is a managed beach with a pebble shore. In season it is usually busy, and the prevailing wind blows from the south. It sits in a small coastal town, and you get there by an unsurfaced road. Parking at the beach is charged. The seabed drops away at a moderate 15-25°. For anyone arriving by boat, there is no mooring at or near the beach.
