Kava - istok is a natural beach with a pebble shore. It sits in a small coastal town, and you get there by an unsurfaced road. Parking at the beach is free. The seabed drops away at a moderate 15-25°. For anyone arriving by boat, there is mooring nearby, just off the beach. In season it is usually busy, and the prevailing wind blows from the south-west.
