BeachCroatia is an independent, informational project. It presents public data published by official bodies, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

• No warranty. We reproduce official data as accurately as we can, but measurements can lag, sources can change, and processing errors are possible. The site is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or availability.
• Not safety advice. Water-quality classifications, temperatures, and beach information are informational. For swimming safety, always follow on-site flags, signage, lifeguards, and local authorities.
• Data sources & licenses. Bathing-water quality: European Environment Agency (WISE-BWD), standard re-use policy. Sea and air temperatures: DHMZ, Open Licence of the Republic of Croatia. Beach profiles & in-season tests: Croatian national bathing water portal (IZOR). Administrative boundaries: geoBoundaries (CC BY-SA / ODbL).
• Photos are the work of their credited authors, used under the Creative Commons or public-domain license stated in each caption, via Wikimedia Commons; most beach photos are re-used from the Croatian national bathing water portal (IZOR) as public sector information, with attribution. Rights holders can contact info@beachcroatia.com for removal.
